$HOLD has not launched yet. When it does, 100% of its pump.fun creator fees go to the TopHolder treasury. The treasury pays them straight back out: each time it holds $100, one tranche will go to the top holders of the tokens launched on TopHolder, least-recently-paid first — up to four tokens per check, one transaction each. Nobody keeps the fees — not the dev, not the pad.
Every token launched here pays its own holders the same way, out of its own creator fees. Launching one takes a wallet and a token — no approval, no camera. How the pad works.
A wallet only earns if it is in the last 3 holder snapshots in a row (about 20 minutes of holding), and it is weighted by the smallest balance it held across them. The top 5 are picked by that weight, not by the board you see right now, so a tranche can pay a wallet the live board ranks lower. Buying seconds before a tranche earns nothing. The exact rules.
A public hot wallet run by the TopHolder engine. It receives $HOLD’s creator fees through pump.fun fee sharing and will pay them out to the holders of tokens launched on TopHolder, $100 at a time, split across up to four tokens. It keeps a 0.02 SOL reserve for transaction fees. Every movement is on-chain.
No tranches yet. The first one will be paid when the treasury reaches $100, and until the engine leaves dry run it is only simulated.
